When I began with Natalie, I had been looking for "something" for quite a while. I felt flat, sad and a little bit disconnected, lacking in both motivation and direction, did I mention "flat"! . . .

Fast forward 12 short weeks, and I feel like I've come out of a fog. With Natalie's direction, guidance and support, I feel like I am whole again. I have this energy and excitement that I love, I am happy, everything makes me smile.

I know that sounds over the top, but it's the truth.  For such a long time, I had been going through the motions of life, just letting time march on, feeling like I was just biding time for something.  Thanks to Natalie, I am now participating in my own life, taking charge, being strong, I have a direction.  I had allowed myself to miss out on so much, but now it's truly my time!

I recently completed the Total Health Transformation 90 day program with Wellness Within – nutrition and health coaching. I decided to try the challenge because I knew I needed some help with my food choices as I wanted to go sugar-free and I wanted more energy. . . .


My coach Natalie was so supportive, kind and non-judgmental and structured the sessions to me and my needs. I felt I could tell her anything and she listened and gave me practical advice. She helped me set some goals and broke them down so I could build up to achieving them. Having to be accountable to her in each weekly session helped me keep my focus and stay on track during the week. And if I didn’t make the set goal for the week then she was non-judgmental and helped me work out how to achieve the goal the following week.

Natalie gave me fantastic advice about nutrition and taught me the benefits of ‘nutrient-dense’ foods and having finished the program a couple of months ago, I am still using all I learnt about what to eat, when to eat and how to eat. She provided me with a range of delicious recipes that were easy to make. In the second half of the program I started noticing that I had more energy and now two months on, I have much better energy levels than when I started. The 90 day challenge has made me more in tune with my body and I feel so much better by listening to it and I’m amazed at how small changes to my life have given me big rewards. A great side effect to staying sugar-free is that the weight has been dropping off steadily.

I’d highly recommend this program to anyone who knows they want to feel better.

As a busy mum I have I enjoyed the “Transformation” program. I have learnt how to acknowledge and be the best version of myself for my family.....

I went into this process with health concerns and needing guidance with my nutrition.  I am proud that I have made this into a lifestyle change, I couldn’t have done this without Natalie. Her support and knowledge has inspired me, I look forward to the future.

I have tried countless diets over the years and only seeing short terms results and not enjoying it. Now that I have completed my 12 week program, I have learnt so much about my body and nutrition. I have also enjoyed the process and the results. Natalie has been instrumental for me achieving my goals and being the best version of myself. I look forward to my new lifestyle change not only for me but my family.

Before meeting Natalie, I was an overwhelmed, over tired new mum. Although I knew I needed to make my health a priority, I just couldn’t quiet grasp how. I tried to go on a “health kick” more times then I care to count, but always seemed to fall off the wagon and couldn’t get back on again.......
 I felt like I was always fighting within myself and couldn’t overcome my overall urges to over indulge in the wrong types of foods. The foods that were going to strip me of my energy and any nourishment that I needed. 
 
I did the 8 week program with Natalie. She would check in with me 1-2 times a week. We would discuss my progress within that week and every session I would learn something new to take away with me to implement for the following week. The strategies were very helpful, and my energy levels have increased tremendously.  I have come a long way in my overeating, and have made myself a priority when it comes to my health. Not only have I been able to do all of these things, I have also been able to put more energy into other aspects of my life that were lacking. I still use strategies and exercises that I learnt within my 8 week program, they are now a part of my routine and life. 
 
Natalie is absolutely fantastic, and I could not recommend  her high enough. Thank you Natalie for helping me get a hold of my life and take my health back.
